The property's location was magnificent and particularly good, to the Old Town in a short cab ride. Apartment with balcony accommodated us perfectly. The place had a quiet atmosphere😀

Bright hotel with good food and excellent location right by the gascinating historical center as well as restaraunts. Well-equipped and brand-new room with a PLEASANT view over the old town. Really really nice stay, separate bedroom, late check-out.

Great location. Staff were casual and yet very helpful. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment 7 on the top floor. Stunning view with very comfortable living room and kitchenette. Very well maintained apartment house with impeccable cleanliness.

magnificent location in the centre of the old part of plovdiv, good for visiting plovdiv. also - just next door to restaurants and the main walking / shopping street with caffes and old town.

It's hard to find it.

I particularly liked it for its location, very close to both the 'Old Town' as well as the shops and restaurants. Also its general comfort and cleanliness. Staff were good, helped me sort out my internet connection problem. Good value.

The 'continental type' breakfast that was supplied to my apartment; good idea but could have been a bit more imaginative.

During my recent business trip to Plovdiv, my director chose Bright House Aparthotel for our stay, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The hotel really knows how to pamper its guests. One of the highlights was the opportunity to indulge in onsite massages. After a long day of meetings, it was the perfect way to unwind and relax. The skilled masseurs ensured that the experience was truly rejuvenating. I couldn't have asked for a better treat.

The only thing I could fault, which is a very minor thing indeed, is the drainage in the wet room.

Per Bulgaria's standards - good to very good hotel/guest house. Comfortable and clean apartment with two TVs but no place to put your suitcase (except on the floor); almost luxury surroundings but breakfast for the next day brought in at 5 pm the previous day in a seran-wrapped plate.... As a native Bulgarian who "speaks" the culture these discrepancies do not irritate me or surprise me, as I have seen much, much worse. Altogether this is very good value for money, yet I would stop short of rating the facility "superb"

The apartment was large and provided all modern facilities. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It is in a good location close to pedestrian mall and old Plovdiv. Rather unusual to have breakfast delivered the night before. However it was really good value for money.

The location was insane, right in the middle of the coolest part of town with rad bars and shops. The staff was super chill and hooked us up with all the info we needed.

If there was one thing we could've asked for, it would've been a rooftop party area. We wanted to turn up with our crew and have a sick party, but there wasn't a designated space for it.
